Educational and other qualifications
- Graduate in any subject from any recognized University.
- Minimum pass class certificate in type writing (30 words per minute) in an examination conducted by Board of Technical Examinations of any State Government.
- Computer proficiency as desirable qualification.

- Upper age limit: 28 years
- Lower age limit: 21 years
