United Bank of India has published an advertisement for the
recruitment of sport persons for its team in Football, Cricket and Table Tennis
in Officer and Clerical cadre. In this concern, applications in published
format are invited from the Boxer, Wrestlers and Athletes by 29.09.2012 with
copies of all essential certificates.
Job Details
1. Officer
No. of Vacancies – 05 ( Footballer – 02, Cricketer – 02,
Table Tennis Player – 01 )
Pay Scale – Selected candidates will be paid salary in pay
scale of Rs. 14,500 – 25,700 /- per month
Age limit as on 01.08.2012 – Aspirants’ age should be
between 21 years and 30 years as on 01.08.2012.
Educational qualification – Aspirants should have completed
Bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
Sports qualification – Candidates should have represented
the country in Cricket / Football / Trade Tennis in international events or won
Arjuna Award / Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award etc.
Application fee – Rs. 400 for General and OBC and Rs. 50/-
for SC / ST candidates.
2. Clerks
No. of Vacancies – 15 ( Footballer – 02, Cricketer – 06,
Wrestler – 01 and Athlete ( Track runner ) – 01 )
Pay Scale – Rs. 7200 – 19300 /- per month
Age limit – Candidates should be between the age of 18 years
and 28 years as on 01.08.2012.
Educational qualification – Aspirants must have passed
Intermediate or 10+2 examination conducted by recognized board.
Sports qualification – Candidates should have represented
the state in Cricket / Football / Table Tennis / Wrestling Athletics in
National events . etc
