Terms and conditions for contractual engagement of Fire Engine Driver under Administration Division of HDC.
The engagement will be from Indian nationals for a period of 1(one) year and on expiry of the said period, the contractual engagement will be automatically terminated. However, on expiry of the contract, HDC / KoPT reserves the right to enter into a fresh contract for such period and on such terms as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties

Interested candidates, fulfilling the eligibility criteria detailed above, and agreeable to the said terms & conditions of contract engagement, may apply in the prescribed proforma attached herewith, giving detailed bio-data, including name, date of birth, permanent address, address for communication, contact phone number, e-mail address, nationality, religion, details of educational and professional qualification, details of experience and post held (indicating name of the employer, pay scale and salary drawn), whether SC/ST/OBC, extra curricular activities or any other relevant information, with two recent passport size photographs and certified photo copies of relevant certificates / testimonials. Qualification:
- Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
- Must possess a Certificate of training in Fire Fighting from a recognised Institution / Centre.
- Must possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence for at least 5 years.
- Must be able to maintain log book and other relevant records.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of operations and maintenance of different Fire Pumps, Equipments, Appliances and maneuvering of Foam Crash Tender.
- Must possess a sound health.
- Must be able to conduct, supervise & attend different fire drills and parades
Experience:
Must have at least 6 years experience in Fire Fighting work in any recognised Fire service, out of which at least 2 years experience in driving various Fire Appliances like Crash Tender & Jeep Fire Tender.
Pay Scale: Rs.11,100/- per month
